Beautiful Bottoms London: SS12 New Arrivals!

The newest Beautiful Bottoms Spring/Summer collection is now available at Bella Bella Boutique website, and this time they've really outdone themselves. Beautiful Bottoms is a well known loungewear line that specializes in 100% Silk robes, playsuits, and other feminine pieces. They use high quality silk georgette, and are famous for their bright and intricate prints. I was lucky enough to see the newest line at Curve NYC this year, and their pieces are even more ethereal in person.

One of my favorite things about this line is how you can collect sets that use the same print, or mix and match among the line for a more out of the box approach. The current line includes bathing suit cover ups, playsuits, robes, bras, panties, and camisoles.

The first new print for this season is a bright and intricate peacock print, which is used in both a playsuit and a caftan. The sheer caftan would be great for lounging in bed or poolside, and the playsuit is the perfect summer lounge piece.

The Kingfisher blue pieces radiate coolness, which is wonderful as the weather heats up all over the country. The Tie Bra and Skirted Thong set is a frilly and feminine take on the classic soft cup bra and thong, and has just enough sheerness to stay on the practical side of sexy.

The Bloom Silk Playsuit and the Blue Bird Silk Playsuit are stand alone pieces that ooze summer lightness. They would look great layered with a triangle bra for stylish lounging.

The Dove Silk Playsuit and The Dove Short Silk Robe are my two favorite pieces from the new collection. The print is grey doves on a creamy sheer silk, and is absolutely stunning in a subtle sort of way.

Last, but definitely not least, we have a Swan Camisole and Skirted Thong Set that exudes pure classic romance which makes a gorgeous bridal gift as well. Buy it and reenact your own private Romeo and Juliet moment.
